Oregon State reached the College World Series in 2006, posting a record of 43-16 on the season. The Beavers swept their Regional in Corvallis, and then proceeded to take down California at home in the Super Regional to book a spot in Oklahoma City. The campaign featured a 28-game winning streak and 17 wins over ranked opponents. Six players notched All-Pac-10 honors, five with nods for NFCA All-Region. Cambria Miranda and Brianne McGowan were both selected as an All-Americans.
