As a Junior (2003): Competed on beam in every meet... Had a career-high 9.925 at Stanford... Scored 9.90 in three other meets... Won the event for the first time in her collegiate career when she had a 9.90 against Cal to tie for first... Averaged 9.669 for the year... Also performed seven exhibition floor routines, with a high of 9.80.
As a Sophomore (2002): Competed on beam in all 14 meets, scoring a 9.80 or better four times... Scored a 9.875 on the event at the NCAA Regional Championships to tie for fourth and match her career high (set twice as a rookie in 2001)... Had a 9.85 twice, including at the Pacific-10 Championships to lead the team at that meet... Competed on floor in 10 meets, with a career-high 9.85 vs. Arizona... Had a 9.80 in two other meets... Earned honorable mention recognition on the Pac-10 All-Academic Team.
As a Freshman (2001): Named Co-Rookie of the Year... Competed on three events (vault, beam and floor) in the last 10 meets of the year and put up solid marks on all three... Stepped up to the challenge as a rookie quite well, especially considering she wasn't in the lineup on any event at the start of OSU's first meet... Was especially consistent on floor, hitting all 10 of her routines for an average of 9.738 (second best on the team) with a high of 9.80 twice... Her best event was beam, scoring a 9.80 or better six times, including two 9.875 marks... Averaged a 9.691 on the event, but that included a disappointing fall in her very first collegiate meet (the season opener at Michigan)... She wasn't supposed to compete in that meet but found herself in the lineup at the last minute when Tanya Ricioli got injured... In 11 meets on vault (12 counting an exhibition), turned in an average of 9.494 with a top score of 9.65 four times (three on the road, one at home).
