Men’s Golf Through 36 Holes In Waimea

WAIMEA, Hawai'i – The Oregon State men's golf team is through two days of action at the Amer Ari Intercollegiate at the par-72, 6,875-yard Hapuna Golf Course.

One day, 18 holes, remain in the tournament. A shotgun start will be held at 9:30 a.m. PT (7:30 a.m. in Hawai'i) on Saturday to complete the 54-hole event.

Carson Barry and Brandon Eyre are leading the Beavers after two days, with each posting a 1-under 143 over the first 36 holes. Barry shot a 1-under 71 Thursday before finishing at par Friday. Eyre, meanwhile, was at par over his first 18, followed by a 1-under 71 Friday.

Nolan Thoroughgood is close behind, having shot at par each of the first two days. Thoroughgood ended Friday's action with five birdies, while Barry had four.

Jackson Lake, meanwhile, finished at par Friday and is 2-over 146 over the first 36 holes. Mateo Fuenmayor also finished at par Friday and is at 3-over 147 for the first two days.

Carson Enright, who is competing as an individual, heads into the final 18 at 4-over 148. He totaled four birdies on Friday.
