November 18, 2024 | Men's Soccer
CORVALLIS – The Oregon State men's soccer team has been selected to host the opening round of the NCAA Tournament, and will face Gardner-Webb Thursday at 7 p.m. at Lorenz Field.
This mark's the Beavers' ninth appearance in the NCAA Tournament, and their sixth in the last seven years. Oregon State has now been selected to host an opening round game four-straight seasons.
Should Oregon State advance beyond Thursday, the Beavers would head to Denver for a matchup with the Pioneers.
OSU ended the regular season with a record of 10-4-3, including a 5-2-1 mark in West Coast Conference play. The Beavers had their best Tournament run in program history last season, making it all the way to the College Cup, winning three road matches in the process.
