Men’s Golf To Compete In The GolfWeek NGI

CORVALLIS, Ore. – The Oregon State men's golf team will be one of 10 entrants into the GolfWeek National Golf Invitational Championship, which will be held Thursday through Saturday in Maricopa, Ariz.
The three-day, 54-hole event will take place at the Ak-Chin Southern Dunes Golf Club. The other nine teams at the event include George Mason, Ohio State, Rhode Island, Richmond, Stetson, West Virginia, Utah State, Texas State and Utah Valley.
"I'm excited to give our guys another opportunity to play a tournament," said Oregon State head coach Jon Reehoorn. "The four playing will all be back next year and the best way to improve is keeping getting experience."
