Eyre, Johnson, Lin Named All-America Scholars

NORMAN, Okla. – Oregon State's Brandon Eyre, Rylan Johnson and Stanley Lin have been named All-America Scholars by the Golf Coaches Association of America, it was announced on Tuesday.
To be eligible for the honor, individuals must be at least a sophomore, junior or senior, participate on at least 50 percent of their team's competitive rounds, have a stroke average under 76.0 and maintain at least a 3.2 cumulative grade point average.
Eyre, from Salem, Ore., concluded his Oregon State career in 2024-25. He played in 36 rounds, averaging 73.16 strokes per. A finance major, he posted seven rounds under par.
Johnson, a junior last season, tallied 72 strokes per round, having played in 39. He tallied four top-10 finishes and the marketing major had 11 rounds under par. A native of Gilbert, Ariz., he shot a Trysting Tree course record 9-under 62 in the second round of the Oregon State Invitational in October.
Lin, a business major, hails from Taipei, Taiwan and played in 36 rounds last season. He averaged 72.8 strokes per round finished with 13 rounders under par. His season low was a 6-under 66 during play at the West Coast Conference Championship.
