Josh Proctor Earns WCL Player Of The Week Honors

CORVALLIS, Ore. – Oregon State outfielder Josh Proctor has been selected as the West Coast League's Player of the Week on Monday.

Proctor, competing for the Ridgefield Raptors, went 9-for-22 (.409) with four home runs and 10 RBI. He also drew seven walks to record a .551 on-base percentage.

The soon-to-be sophomore reached base all six times to the plate – including two home runs - in Ridgefield's 16-3 win over Bend on Sunday.

Proctor has 14 hits over nine games this season, driving in 14 thanks to the four home runs and nine walks. He's hitting .389 on the season.
