2016-17 (Senior)
•    Pac-12 All-Academic Honorable Mention.
•    Recorded a season-best time of 24.44 at the Pac-12 Championships in the 50-yard freestyle.
2015-16 (Junior) 
•    Pac-12 All-Academic Honorable Mention.
•    Finished first on the team with a 2:06.58 time in the 200 butterfly Nov. 21 at the Houston Invitational.
•    Tallied a season top time of 25.10 Nov. 19, also at the Houston Invite.
•    Finished with a time of 1:01.89 in the 100 backstroke Nov. 20 in Houston.
•    Oct. 16, against SDSU and Vanderbilt, finished with a mark of 57.34 in the 100 free.
2014-15 (Sophomore) 
•    Set personal best season time in the 100 Butterfly at the Pac-12 Championship with a time of 57.44.
•    Finished the 200 Butterfly with a time of 2:06.21 at the Pac-12 Championship.
2013-14 (Freshman) 
•    Set season-best times in both the 100 butterfly (57.89) and the 200 butterfly (2:10.35) at the Pac-12 Championships.
•    Finished fifth in the 200 butterfly against Boise State (2/1).
•    Placed fourth in the 200 butterfly against Idaho (1/24).
Club
•    Swam 10 years for Northern Lights Swim Club under head coach Ben Kitchen.
•    Earned the “Hardest Worker” Award.
High School
•    Earned four letters at East Anchorage High School, under head coach Cliff Murray.
•    Set the school record in the 200 freestyle relay.
•    Was National Honor Society President.
•    Was a math tutor.
•    Biggest athletic thrill was winning the 200 freestyle relay at her junior high state championship meet.
Personal
•    Daughter of Lisa and Mark Cavanaugh.
•    Father is a variable operation manager.
•    Has one sister, Meghan.
•    Chose Oregon State to study engineering and to pursue her other academic interests.
•    Enjoys hiking, sledding and dancing.
•    Environmental engineer major.
•    Team leader and organizer of the Beaver Athlete Sustainability Team that received a national award from the Green Sports Alliance in the summer of 2017.
