Rachael Axon is in her first year as a volunteer coach with the Oregon State women's soccer program.
Axon helped the Beavers to the NCAA Division I Sweet 16 in 2009. She was named to the All-Pac 10 First Team and NSCAA All-Region Team in 2009. She was honored with the distinction of Most Consistent Player in 2009. Axon was All-Pac 10 honorable mention and Most Valuable Player in 2008. She was a member of the NSCAA/Adidas Senior College Women's Scholar All-America Second Team in 2009 and part of the PAC-10 Conference All-Academic Squad in 2008 and 2009.
Axon was a part of the Ottawa Fury and helped the team to two W-League Northern Division Championships in 2007 and 2008. She was also part of the Great Britain Women's Soccer Squad where she helped the team to a Bronze medal in the World University Games in 2009.
