2016-17 (Senior)
• Pac-12 All-Academic Honorable Mention.
• Recorded a personal best 2:20.97 in the 200-breast at the Pac-12 Championships.
• Also notched a PR in the 200-IM in the Pac-12 Time Trails with a time of 2:09.95.
2015-16 (Junior)
• Named to the Pac-12 All-Academic Honorable Mention team.
• Finished with a time of 1:04.19 in the 100 breaststroke Nov. 20, the fourth-best mark on the team in 2015-16.
• A day later, swam 2:23.46 in the 200 breaststroke, good for fifth on the team.
• Her top time in the 200 individual medley was 2:10.65 on Feb. 25 at the Pac-12 Championships.
2014-15 (Sophomore)
• Top time of 1:05.04 in the 100 yard breaststroke was earned Feb. 27 at the Pac-12 Championships.
• Also tallied a time of 2:22.17 in the 200 yard breaststroke the next day at Pac-12s
• Finished with a time of 2:10.99 in the 200 yard individual medley at Pac-12s Feb. 26.
2013-14 (Freshman)
• Set a season-best mark with a time of 2:15.03 at the Pac-12 Championships.
• Recorded a season-best time of 1:02.99 in the 100 butterfly at the Pac-12 Championships.
• Finished 21st in the 200 breaststroke at the Las Vegas Invitational with a time of 2:27.76 (11/23).
Club
• Swam four years at Mt. Hood Aquatics under head coach Skip Runkle.
• Swam four years at David Douglas Swim Club under coaches Dennis Baker and Jim Bowe.
High School
• Earned four letters at David Douglas High School for coach Jim Bowe.
• Four-time district champions.
Personal
• Daughter of Catherine and Gerald Ochs.
• Mother is an elementary school assistant, father is an engineer.
• Has one brother, Wyatt.
• Chose Oregon State because it is close to home, she has an opportunity to swim, and she has always loved the campus.
• Enjoys drawing and skiing.
• Made the honor roll all four years of high school.
• Biggest athletic thrill was placing 12th at the Oregon State meet in the 100 breaststroke.
