2009-10 (Junior): Competed in three events during her junior season: 50 and 100 freestyle events along with the 100 butterfly ... set personal bests in the 50 free (23.42), 100 free (51.97) and 100 butterfly (1:01.43) ... recorded one dual win in the 50 freestyle against Lewis & Clark (1/18/2010).

2008-09: Was not a part of the Oregon State swim team.

2007-08 (Sophomore): Competed in five events: 25, 50, 100 and 200 freestyle events and the 100 backstroke event ... recorded personal bests in all but the 100 backstroke event ... recorded a dual win against Hawaii (12/19/2007).

2006-07 (Freshman): Swam in four events: 25, 50 and 100 freestyle events and the 100 backstroke ... recorded a team best time of 11.08 in the 25 free at the Husky Invitational (12/3/2006) ... recorded the third best time on the squad in the 50 freestyle with a time of 23.98 at the Pac-10 Championships (2/15/2007) ... recorded season bests in the 100 free and 100 back at the Pac-10 Championships with times of 53.96 and 1:01.67 respectively ... recorded her first career dual win in the 50 freestyle against Boise State (10/10/2006).

SHERWOOD: Lettered three times in swimming and holds team records in the 50 free, 200 free relay, 400 free relay, and the 200 medley ... Was first-team all-league and all-state in swimming ...
