2018-19 (Freshman)
- Entered the OSU Record Book in the 200 breast at No. 7 with a time of 2:17.04 at the Pac-12 Championships.
- Finished in first place in the 200 breast against Idaho with a time of 2:23.71.
- Swam two additional personal bests at the Pac-12 Championships in the 100 breast (1:03.80) and the 200 IM (2:07.60).
- Recorded a time of 1:02.16 in the 100 IM against Idaho for a personal best.
- Tallied four-second place finishes – three in the 200 breast and one in the 100 breast.
- Graduated from Forest Grove High School.
- Competed in the Oregon 6A State Championships in 2016, 2017 and 2018.
- Named to the First Team All-League in the 100 breast all four years.
- Lettered in water polo and swim.
- Daughter of Chris and Susan Rowland.
- Has two younger siblings, Jasper and Aliyah.
