OREGON STATE (2024-Present)
• Appointed special teams coordinator at Oregon State in January 20244
• Punter Josh Green set the OSU single-season record with a 47.2-yard average in 2024
• Kicker Everett Hayes kicked 55-yard game-winner against Washington State and connected on eight of his last nine attempts
NEW MEXICO (2020-23)
• Special teams coordinator during his tenure and assisted with the offense as needed
• Christian Washington named second-team all-conference as kick returner in 2022. He averaged 26.7 yards per return and finished with a 100-yard score
• Aaron Rodriguez led the nation in total punts in 2021 and 2022, averaging 44.2 yards per in the latter
• UNM ranked 17th nationally in punt returns and 21st in kickoff returns in 2021. Lobos returned a punt for a score for just the second time in a 22-year stretch
• New Mexico improved from last to first in extra point percentage in his first year. UNM also allowed the third-fewest punt returns after residing in the bottom half in 2019 and kickoff coverage improved from 11th to fourth
FRESNO STATE (2017-19)
• Special teams coordinator and running backs coach
• Bulldogs surpassed 2,000 yards rushing in his first year, doing so for the first time since 2014
• Fresno State made it back-to-back seasons over 2,000 in 2018, accomplishing that for the first time since 2008-09. Four different ball carriers totaled 250 or more yards
• Ronnie Rivers named Las Vegas Bowl MVP and led the team with 743 rush yards and 10 touchdowns
• Bulldogs placed second in the Mountain West Conference for rushing scores in 2019. Rivers tallied 13, tying for the MWC lead
• Fresno State led the MWC in punt return average in 2019, and blocked a pair of kicks
UNLV (2015-16)
• Coached running backs for two seasons
• UNLV rush attack improved from 102nd nationally (129.2 ypg) to 36 (193.7 ypg) in his first year. Rebels jumped to 15th in year two, averaging 241.5 yards per game on the ground
HOUSTON (2012-14)
• Special teams coordinator and worked with the tight ends and slot receivers during his tenure in Texas
• Mentored Deontay Greenberry, who earned second-team all-conference honors in 2014 after totaling 841 receiving yards. Greenberry left Houston ninth in school history with 2,612 receiving yards and eighth with 201 receptions
• Greenberry named first-team all-conference in 2013 after averaging 100.2 yards per game and totaling 11 touchdowns
• Special teams players earned three all-conference honors in 2013
