Mike Henriques was appointed Assistant Sports Performance Coach for Baseball and Men’s Golf in August of 2021.
Henriques, prior to arriving in Corvallis, spent the last four years with Grand Canyon University, as the Associate Director of Sports Performance. Before GCU, Henriques spent 12 seasons in professional baseball, the last six with the Oakland Athletics.
Outside of Baseball, Henriques has also worked with the Portland Trail Blazers as an assistant strength and Conditioning Coach.
Henriques is a graduate of Central Connecticut State University and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS,RSCC*D).
He and his wife, Emily, are parents to daughters, Sloane and Demi.
