ODP: Played two years on the Region IV Regional Team and two years on the Oregon State team.
WESTSIDE METROS (CLUB): Played eight years for the three-time state champs.
SUNSET: As a senior: first-team All-State, first-team All-Metro League, team MVP, team captain, led league in goals and assists... as a senior, tallied 27 goals and 14 assists... as a junior, 18 goals, nine assists... as a sophomore, 13 goals, four assists... also ran track as a freshman... member of National Honor Society, Honor Roll, Link Crew.
PERSONAL: Son of Robin and Arnie Gardner... born in Portland, Ore... family includes brother, Scott (15) and sister, Lindsey (13)... mother is an accountant, father is a finance director... enjoys playing basketball and hanging out with friends... biggest thrill has been traveling to Chile with the regional team... chose OSU because, "I've always been a big Beaver fan. I liked the soccer program and OSU has a good business school"... lived in The Netherlands for four years, where he started playing soccer.
