Beavers Set to Host Senior Night Wednesday

THE GAMES: The No. 15 Oregon State men's soccer team will host Senior Day Wednesday when Texas-Rio Grande Valley visits Lorenz Field.
FOLLOW ALONG: Wednesday's game will be carried on ESPN+.Â
UP NEXT: Oregon State will head to Pacific on Saturday, before returning home on Nov. 15 to close out the regular season with a marquee matchup against San Diego.Â

- Oregon State will honor its seniors on Wednesday. Matteo Bucosse, Andrew De Gannes, Arnau Farnos, Lucas Fernandez Kim, Victor Ferrando, Fernando Hernandez, Pol Morlans, Nico Nee and Tate Richards will be honored in a postgame ceremony. Fran Cortijo and Fabian Straudi were both recognized at last season's Senior Day.
 - The Beavers swept the WCC awards this week with Arnau Farnos winning Offensive Player of the Week and John Nicolson winning Defensive Player of the Week.
 - Oregon State has scored five goals in three-straight for the first time since it beat Evergreen State 6-1, Whitman 5-0 and Seattle U 5-0 spanning the end of the 1990 and beginning of 1991 seasons.
 - The Beavers lead the nation in assists per game with 3.93
 - Arnau Farnos leads the WCC in goals per game and points per game. He is fourth in the nation in goals per game, first in points per game and second in game-winning goals
 - Farnos is also tied for fifth in program history with 26 career goals and fourth with 68 career points.Â
 - Farnos has 13 goals on the season, placing him seventh on the Beavers' single-season list.
 - Twelve different Beavers have scored through the first 14 matches. A total of 10 different Beavers scored in the entirety of last sseason.
 - Farnos and Straudi both received Preseason All-WCC recognition
 - Farnos was also selected as a United Soccer Coaches' Midfielder to Watch for the 2025 campaign
 - Straudi is currently tied for second on Oregon State's career assists list with 20. Fran Cortijo is tied for fifth, while Arnau Farnos is tied for seventh.
 - Thirteen Beavers have been selected in the last eight MLS SuperDrafts, including six selections over the last two years.
 - Arnau Farnos was chosen by New York City FC in the third round of the 2025 Draft, but opted to return to the Beavers for the fall season. NYCFC will retain Farnos' MLS rights next season.
 - Oregon State's players represent seven different countries (United States, Spain, Uganda, Belgium, Germany, Italy and Trinidad and Tobago)
 - The Beavers have made five-straight NCAA Tournaments
 
The Staff:
- Jarred Brookins took over as Wicks-Street Oregon State head men's soccer coach this winter. Brookins served as an assistant for the Beavers during the 2023-24 seasons, helping the team to two of the most successful campaigns in program history, including the team's first ever College Cup run in his debut season with the squad.
 - Prior to Oregon State, Brookins also served as an assistant at Davidson and Mercer.
 - Judy and Jim Street made a leadership gift to the OSU Foundation in November that created a permanent endowment for the Oregon State Wicks-Street Head Men's Soccer Coach.
 - Adrian Molina-Diaz was promoted to the role of assistant coach this season.
 - Matt Bersano joined the Oregon State staff this summer, following a nine-year professional career - primarily in MLS. Bersano played goalkeeper at Oregon State from 2011-14.
 - Alex Suprise joined the Beavers' staff this spring, coming to Corvallis from St. Bonaventure.
