Beavers Travel To Phoenix For Thunderbird Collegiate

CORVALLIS, Ore. – The Oregon State men's golf team hits the road again this week as the Beavers are set to play in the Thunderbird Collegiate as hosted by Arizona State. The two-day event takes place on Friday and Saturday.
Oregon State is coming off a third-place finish at the Seattle U Redhawk. Five Beavers finished in the top-20 in the event, including ninth-place ties by Rylan Johnson and Collin Hodgkinson.
Stanley Lin placed 19th in last year's Thunderbird Collegiate, posting a 2-under 211.
FIELD (10): Oregon State, Arizona State, Utah, UCLA, Colorado, Houston, USC, New Mexico, Grand Canyon and LMU.
COURSE: The tournament will be held at the par-71, 7,551-yard Papago Golf Course.
BEAVERS' LINEUP: Oregon State's contingent will include Rylan Johnson, Stanley Lin, Bradley Smolinski, Brandon Eyre and Collin Hodgkinson with Brody Marconi participating as an individual.
FORMAT: Two-day, 54-hole tournament with 36 holes on Friday and 18 on Saturday. The top-four individuals from each five-member team with the lowest scores for each 18-hole round constitute the scoring members for that given round.
LIVE SCORING: There will be live scoring for the tournament on scoreboard.clippd.com.
