Gavin Turley Selected In Fourth Round Of MLB Draft By The Athletics

CORVALLIS, Ore. – Oregon State outfielder Gavin Turley has been selected in the fourth round, 110th overall by the Athletics in the Major League Baseball Draft on Monday.
Turley's selection is the second of his career following a 19th-round pick in 2022 by Arizona.
The Chandler, Ariz., native has played in 170 games at the collegiate level and owns the Oregon Statre career records with 53 home runs and 189 runs batted in. He hit a career-high 20 home runs in 2025, which rank third for a single-season at OSU, to go along with 13 doubles, 69 RBI and 50 walks.
Turley was named an All-American by multiple organizations after the season. He is one of a handful of two-time All-Americans at Oregon State after also being recognized in 2024. Turley is also a two-time Academic All-American.
He is the sixth Beaver selected by the A's organization all-time, and the first since Ryan Brown in 2023.
