The Beavers led from wire-to-wire, scoring the first basket 21 seconds in and not relinquishing the advantage. OSU outrebounded SPU 61-28. The Beavs feasted on the extra possessions with all 26 of the game's second chance points.

Jenna Villa paced the hosts to a 36-25 first half lead with 11 points before finishing with a game-high 19 points. She also was a team-high +32 for the game.
