Drew Chrostek joins the soccer department for the 2010 season as the Director of Soccer Operations. As part of his duties, Chrostek will assist in all facets of the program, including team travel, equipment, Oregon State summer camps and day to day operations.
A native of Corvallis, Chrostek attended the University of Portland where he was a 4 year letter winner and captain of the men's soccer team. During his career he appeared in 64 games for the Pilots, reaching the NCAA playoffs two times, reaching the sweet 16 in 2009. He recorded one assist and one goal during his time in Portland. His only goal came last season in the second round of the playoffs against North Carolina State. As a youth player, Chrostek played for Coach Simmons with Oregon United Soccer Academy in 2002-2003.
Prior to coming to Oregon State, Chrostek work in the University of Portland Athletic Department in both advertising and development/fundraising.
