Tuesday's Beaver Baseball Game Rained Out

CORVALLIS, Ore. - Oregon State's home baseball game against Portland that had been scheduled for Tuesday evening has been postponed due to rain. The game will be made up on a date to be announced.
OSU (26-5 overall, 5-1 Pacific-10) now goes to Arizona (24-10, 8-1) for a matchup of the teams atop the Pac-10 standings. The Beavers are ranked No. 15 in the USA Today/ESPN coaches poll, No. 11 by Baseball America magazine and Collegiate Baseball newspaper, and No. 12 by the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association; Arizona is ranked No. 8 in both the coaches and writers polls, and No. 6 by both Baseball America and Collegiate Baseball.
Oregon State and Arizona will meet on Friday at 7 p.m., Saturday at 7 p.m. and Sunday at 12 noon; game time for the finale has been moved up one hour from previous schedules. All three games can be heard on KEJO-AM (1240) and www.osubeavers.com.
