The starting backcourt of Ahmad Starks (14) and Jared Cunningham (13) has each scored in double-figures in 10 consecutive games.
Cunningham tied a career-high with nine rebounds. He also had nine earlier this season in the overtime win over Texas on Nov. 19.
With four steals, Cunningham moved into fifth on Oregon State's career steals list with 180 to pass Seth Tarver (177), Eric Knox (178) and Deaundra Tanner (179).
Devon Collier had his second career 20-plus point game with 21. He had a career-high 25 earlier this season against Hofstra on Nov. 16.
Collier had one blocked shot and moved into a tie for fourth with Will Brantley on Oregon State's sophomore blocked shots list with 25 on the season.
Roberto Nelson had a career-high three steals. His previous career-best was two in six different games, most recently against California on Jan. 5 this season.
Nelson also had a career-high six assists after entering the game with a career-best five dimes in three different games, most recently against Chicago State on Dec. 21 this season.
Eric Moreland tied a career-high with two steals, the fifth time he has had two steals in a game this season.
