Game time weather was cloudy at 56 degrees and sunny with winds 10 mph at kickoff.
Attendance for the game was 47,127.
The game aired on FOX with Craig Bolerjack providing play-by-play, Joel Klatt as the analyst, and Petros Papadakis as the sideline reporter.
Oregon State captains at the start of the game were Terron Ward, Sean Mannion Markus Wheaton and Jordan Poyer.
Stanford won the coin toss and elected to receive.
Oregon State wore white jerseys with black pants and helmets while Stanford wore red jerseys with white pants and helmets.

OSU's offense converted three scoring drives of 74-plus yards giving them 23 for the season. The Beavers had only 13 such scoring drives in 2011.
The Beavers' defense recorded two interceptions in the game giving them 16 for the season (11 last season).

Feti Taumoepeau's 1^st quarter forced fumble was the first of his career … the fumble recovery by Michael Doctor is the second of his career – first since Civil War 2011.
Tyrequek Zimmerman's 2^nd quarter forced fumble was the first of his career … the fumble recovery by Anthony Watkins is the first of his career as well.
Terron Wards' 2^nd quarter touchdown rush was his second in two weeks – he now has three in his career … it was the first rushing touchdown against Stanford since Oct. 6 the Cardinal faced Arizona.
Markus Wheaton's 3^rd quarter touchdown reception is his ninth of the season which ties for fourth in OSU single season history … it is also the 14^th of his career moving into a tie for eighth in OSU history.
Anthony Watkins registered the first sack of his career in the 3^rd quarter.
Scott Crichton recorded 1.0 tackles-for-loss in the game giving him 29.5 for his career, moving him into a tie for ninth all-time at OSU.
Markus Wheaton made 7 catches giving him 197 in his career and he remains in 4^th place on OSU's all-time career receptions list.
Markus Wheaton registered 91 receiving yards giving him 2,628 in his career and moves into fourth place on OSU's all-time career receiving yards list passing James Rodgers (2007-11).
Brandin Cooks finished the game with 82 yards … it is the first time this season Cooks has finished with fewer than 100 yards receiving on the road.
