Oregon State had a season-low nine turnovers. The Beavers had 10 in two games this season, at Towson on Nov. 26 and against Idaho on Dec. 9.
The Beavers outscored California, 25-4, on bench points led by Roberto Nelson's 14 points.
Devon Collier tied a career-high with 11 rebounds, the third time in his career he had 10 or more in a game. He had 11 vs. Stanford on Jan. 7 this season and 10 against Washington State on Feb. 5 last season.
Collier posted his third career double-double with 14 points and 11 rebounds.
Jared Cunningham had his consecutive game streak with a steal end at 28 games. It's the third longest in Oregon State history behind Gary Payton's streaks of 29 (Feb. 1988-Feb. 1989) and 34 (Feb. 1989 to March 1990).
With 10 points, Cunningham scored in double-figures for the 19th consecutive game and passed Vince Fritz (1,121) to move into 25th on Oregon State's career scoring list with 1,128 points.
Angus Brandt tied a season-high with seven rebounds.
