Beavers Close Regular Season Hosting Washington State, Idaho

CORVALLIS, Ore. — The Oregon State women's swimming team will close its regular season, hosting Washington State on Friday afternoon at 5 p.m., and Idaho Saturday morning at 11:00 a.m. Both meets will take place at the Osborn Aquatic Center.

The Beavers will recognize its 10 seniors prior to Saturdays meet. Seniors include: Maranda Alf-Huynh, Jesikah Cavanaugh, Chelsea Chan, Taylor Frank, Anni Hecker, Czsarina Isleta, Sophie MacEwan, Brooke Meyer, Alice Ochs and Andrea Young.

Oregon State holds a 16-29 record against Washington State, with its last victory in the series coming back in the 2012 season. The Beavers are positive in the series against Idaho, grasping a 12-4-1 record against the Vandals. Idaho took the last two contests with the Beavers tallying their last win in the 2013 season.

Following the weekend, Oregon State will begin preparations for the Pac-12 Championships that will take place February 22-25 at Federal Way, Washington.
