Beavers Head to Lexington for Sweet 16

THE GAME: The No. 6 seed Oregon State women's basketball team will head to its third-straight Sweet 16 on Friday, as the Beavers go head-to-head with No. 2 seed Baylor in Lexington, Ky. The game will tip at 4 p.m. PT/7 p.m. ET.

WHAT'S COMING UP: Should Oregon State earn a victory on Friday, the Beavers would advance to Elite Eight for the second time in program history. Oregon State would take on either Louisville or Stanford in that contest.

OSU VS. BAYLOR: Oregon State is a perfect 3-0 all-time vs. Baylor, including a win in the 2016 Elite Eight in Dallas. Marie Gulich went 2-for-3 in that contest, while Katie McWilliams saw less than a minute of playing time. The Beavers had previously topped Baylor 77-57 at the Wahine Classic (Honolulu, Hawaii) in 1995 and 76-75 at the Arizona State Tournament in 1983.

QUICK HITTERS:
- Oregon State is 115-22 since the start of the 2014-15 season, the sixth-best record in the nation over that span, trailing only UConn, Notre Dame, Baylor, Maryland and South Carolina.
- OSU has 75 Pac-12 wins over the last four seasons, joining Stanford as the only teams in conference history to accomplish that feat.

- Friday's game will mark Oregon State's first ever women's basketball game in Lexington. The Beavers did go head-to-head with host school Kentucky once in program history, when the teams met in 2004 at the Paradise Jam in St. Thomas.

- Prior to joining Oregon State, Rueck served as head coach at George Fox in Newburg, Ore., where he built the program into a Division III national power, winning an NCAA title in 2009.
