LAST WEEK

• Oregon State played without four of its top options at the outside hitter positions with Chloe Brown, Maddie Goings and Amy Underdown out due to injury and Cecilee Max-Brown sidelined by illness.
• The Beavers revamped lineup featured Kory Cheshire at opposite hitter with Haylie Bennett and Shekinah Clarke at outside spots.
• Clarke blasted away against the Lobos setting a career-high with 15 kills, while Bennett also provided 15 kills. Cheshire registered a double-double with 12 kills and a career-best 23 digs.

• Cheshire was named as the tournament MVP and Clarke was recognized on the all-tournament team.
CLARKE COMES UP BIG
• Redshirt senior Shekinah Clarke was called upon for the first time in 2019 last weekend when the Beavers were decimated by injuries. Clarke came through with a team-leading, and career-high, 15 kills in her first start Friday against New Mexico to lead the squad to a come from behind five-set win.
