
Beavs Show Depth at the Dellinger Invitational

CORVALLIS, Ore. – Oregon State finished its regular season with a fourth-place finish at the Dellinger Invitational, showing growth within the team.
Kate Laurent finished first for the Beavers, clocking in with a time of 17:09.1. Laurent, a consistent leader for the squad, finished 11th. Close behind, Erin Cosgrove raced for a time of 17:23.4 to finish in 20th. Both runners showed improvement from last year's finish, Laurent moving up 32 spots and Cosgrove moving up 76.
Eimy Martinez finished in 38th, Sydney Partyka in 42nd and Maella Hodgson in 45th, rounding out Oregon State's top five scorers. Their packed finishes helped secure a tight team split, with all five runners completing the race within 37 seconds of one another.
Adding to the team's growing consistency, Erika Cunniam finished in 17:55, coming in 51st. Sticking together, Ainsley Herron finished in 61st and Katie Kopec in 62nd.
The Beavers raced together for a team score of 136, putting them in fourth out of 15 teams. The emergence of this depth across the roster marks a big moment for the program, showcasing that the Beavers can consistently perform at a high level.
