Â
TALK TO YOUR DOCTOR ABOUT OREGON STATE WOMEN'S BASKETBALL
After six overtime games in WCC play, watching Beaver basketball isn't exactly cardiologist-recommended. The Beavs went to overtime in their first three WCC games this season (at Pacific, Gonzaga and Portland), and set a school record with their fifth OT game at Pacific (the second time). Three overtime wins also ties a school record with the 2002-03 and 2018-19 teams.
Â
BALANCED ATTACK
One of the Beavers' perceived weaknesses entering the season was the lack of a star player. While that has not turned out to be true the Beavs are a balanced bunch offensively. Five players have scored 20+ points in a game (Rees, Marotte, Bolden, Ferreira and Heide) and Kennedie Shuler scored 16 at Gonzaga and 17 at Arizona State.
