Men's Golf Returns To Action Thursday In Hawai’i

CORVALLIS, Ore. – The Oregon State men's golf team returns to action Thursday when the Beavers open the three-day Amer Ari Intercollegiate at Kohala Coast, Hawai'i.
Collin Hodgkinson paced the Beavers in the fall, averaging 71.20 shots per round. He finished with six rounds under par, and tallied a school-record 10-under 61 at The Tindall. He was named a preseason All-WCC selection in January.
Four of Rylan Johnson's 15 rounds in the fall were also under par, including a 9-under 62 at the Oregon State Invitational, where he finished second.
FIELD (20): Oregon State, Arizona State, Auburn, Georgia Tech, Hawai'i, Hawai'i-Hilo, North Carolina, Oklahoma State, Oregon, Osaka Gakuin (Japan), Pacific, Pepperdine, San Jose State, Stanford, Texas, Texas Tech, UC Davis, UCLA, Waseda (Japan) and Washington.
COURSE: The tournament will be held at the par-72, 6,913-yard Mauna Lani Resort.
BEAVERS' LINEUP: Oregon State's contingent will include Collin Hodgkinson, Rylan Johnson, Bradley Smolinski, Brandon Eyre and Stanley Lin with Brody Marconi competing as an individual.
FORMAT: Three-day, 54-hole tournament with 18 holes Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The top-four individuals from each five-member team with the lowest scores for each 18-hole round constitute the scoring members for that given round.
LIVE SCORING: There will be live scoring for the tournament on scoreboard.clippd.com.
