Men’s Golf Heads To Seattle Monday

CORVALLIS, Ore. – The Oregon State men's golf team continues its spring schedule Monday when the Beavers play in the first 36 holes of the Seattle Redhawk Invitational.

The Beavers took the 2024 title with a 25-under par team score and Jackson Lake won the individual event by shooting a 12-under 202.

Rylan Johnson and Stanley Lin both contributed to last year's team crown. Johnson shot a 7-under 207 to place fifth while Lin tied for 23^rd after posting a 2-over 215.

Collin Hodgkinson tied for eighth as an individual and Brandon Eyre tied for 20^th.

FIELD (18): Oregon State, UC San Diego, George Washington, Seattle, Eastern Kentucky, UC Santa Barbara, Creighton, Sacred Heart, Utah Tech, Sacramento State, Lamar, George Mason, UC Riverside, Idaho, St. Thomas, Abilene Christian, Penn and North Idaho College

COURSE: The tournament will be held at the par-71, 6,991-yard Chambers Bay Golf Club

BEAVERS' LINEUP: Oregon State's contingent will include Rylan Johnson, Stanley Lin, Bradley Smolinski, Brandon Eyre and Collin Hodgkinson with Brody Marconi participating as an individual.

FORMAT: Two-day, 54-hole tournament with 36 holes on Monday and 18 on Tuesday. The top-four individuals from each five-member team with the lowest scores for each 18-hole round constitute the scoring members for that given round.
