Also rowed in the 3 seat of the Novice 4 boat at Gonzaga. Soderlund also rowed bow for the 2^nd Novice 8+ boat at Washington State and the 4 seat of the Novice 8+ boat at the Pac-12 Championship. Soderlund's Novice 4 boat finished first at the University of Victoria, as well as first at both Gonzaga and Washington State.
