- Clocked a 6K season best of 21:06.4 to take 58th at the NCAA West Regional (Nov. 12), where the Beavers took seventh in the team standings
- Posted a time of 23:01.6 to place 64th at the Pac-12 Championships, where the Beavers finished sixth as a team
- Recorded a third place finish and 4K personal best of 13:34.3 to help the team finish first at the Viking Rust Buster (Sept. 3)
- Helped Oregon State to a fifth place team finish at the Dellinger Invitational (Sept. 23), stopping the clock at 21:09.2
2020-21
- Helped lead OSU to the best program finishes in school history at the Pac-12 Championships (4th; 100 points)
- Ran at the Pac-12 Championships, finishing 47th (21:01.5)
- Completed the Oregon Cross Country Invite in 17:43.6, good for 20th
- Made big steps during her sophomore campaign as she ran in three meets
- Led the Beavers to beat out two ranked teams at the Bill Dellinger Invitational on Sept. 28, placing 32nd with a time of 20:42.6
- Ran in the "A" race at the Wisconsin Nuttycombe Invitational where she clocked in at 22:10.2
- Had a solid race at the Pac-12 Championships, finishing in 44th with a time of 20:57.5
- Ran in six meets for Oregon State as a true freshman
- Helped the Beavers to a team win at the Bronco Invitational with a sixth place finish, her highest of the season
- Ran in the Pac-12 meet to a 62nd place finish and the highest team finish in OSU history
- Competed in the NCAA Regional where the Beavers advanced to the NCAA Championships for the first time in school history
- Four-time letterman in cross country and track & field at Santa Cruz High School
- Named the 2018 Santa Cruz Sentinel Athlete of the Year
- Earned cross country and track MVP honors during her junior and senior years at Santa Cruz HS
- Named 2018 Bob Enzweiler High Point Award winner
- Holds Santa Cruz High School records in the 800m (2018), 1,600m (2018), 4x400m (2017), 4x800m (2018), and Distance Medley Relay (2018)
- Fourth place finishes in the CIF state championships in the 800m in both 2017 and 2018
- Daughter of Alan and Rebecca Friedman; has an older sister Selene
