SHERWOOD HS
- Participated in cross country and track & field at Sherwood
- Lettered all four years as a thrower for the track & field team
- Competed at the Oregon Relays all four years
- Qualified to state championships as a junior and senior
- Named a team captain as a senior
- Ran on the cross country team as a sophomore and junior helping Sherwood reach state championships both seasons
- Born in Chico, Calif.
- Daughter of Matt Pierce and Jennifer Bolton
- Has one brother, Brady
- Enjoys traveling, hiking, reading, running and track & field
- Honor roll student
- Chose OSU because “Corvallis reminds me of Chico, where I was born. It’s a beautiful campus with lots of variety and an excellent outcome for those who follow through with a dental major”
- Has participated in numerous community service projects including volunteering to run the Banks Marathon, helped run middle school track meets and at a public library
- Plans to study mechanical engineering
