CAREER: Seumalo (pronounced Say-u-mah-low) arrived at Oregon State as a walkon before being awarded a scholarship prior to the 2012 season … one of four team captains in 2012 … ended his career with 23 straight starts … Pac-12 Honorable Mention as a senior and Pac-12 Academic Second Team … Pac-12 Academic Honorable Mention as a sophomore and junior … tied an OSU record in a 2011 game vs. UCLA with two blocked kicks (FG, PAT) … played in the Circle del Sol All-Star game in Tucson in January of 2013 … redshirt as a true freshman in 2008 … first team all-state tight end and defensive lineman as a senior at Santiam Christian HS … his brother, Isaac, is a sophomore center on the football team … his father, Joe, is the defensive line coach at OSU … attended the NCAA National Career in Sports Forum in June of 2012 … born in Honolulu.
