Beavers Set for Pac-12 Championships at Stanford

CORVALLIS, Ore. - The Oregon State wrestling team will kick off the postseason this weekend, traveling to Palo Alto, California to participate in the 2020 Pac-12 Championships. The event will be hosted by Stanford University on Saturday, March 7 at Maples Pavilion.
Competition on both mats of the first and second rounds, plus the consolation semifinals, will be streamed live on Pac-12.com. The finals will be televised live on Pac-12 Networks with the broadcast beginning at 6 p.m. PT.
Oregon State has won 23 Pac-12 team championships and has produced the most individual champions in the conference (12).
The Beavers will be competing among a field of six programs including Arizona State, Cal Poly, CSU Bakersfield, Little Rock and Stanford.
Media: The first round will get underway at 9:30 a.m. PT and will be streamed live on Pac-12.com. The championship rounds, which begin at 6 p.m. PT, will be televised live on Pac-12 Networks. Daron Sutton will be on play by play duties while NCAA Champion Anthony Robles and Olympian Ken Chertow serve as analysts. Â

Here is a look at allocations per weight class for the Pac-12: 125 – 2, 133 – 1, 141 – 2, 149 – 1, 157 – 2, 165 – 2, 174 – 1, 184 – 1, 197 – 3, 285 – 1
In the final Pac-12 conference rankings, Devan Turner holds the top spot at 133 pounds while Kaylor, Willits and Stigall at sit at No. 2 in their respective weight class.

- OSU paces the Pac-12 with 23 league crowns.
- Redshirt junior Devan Turner (133), currently ranked No. 17 in the country (Intermat), has won five straight and is 24-9 entering the Pac-12 Championships.
- Redshirt sophomore Grant Willits (141) is the defending Pac-12 champion at 141. Willits, who earned Pac-12 Wrestler of the Week (Jan. 29) following his 7-1 decision over No. 10 Josh Heil of Campbell, has won his last three and boasts a 21-8 record this season.
- Redshirt freshman Brandon Kaylor (125) is 17-5 this season, winning his last eight in a row.
