Laurent Named WCC Runner of the Week

CORVALLIS – Oregon State's Kate Laurent has been named WCC Cross Country Runner of the Week, the conference office announced Tuesday.
Laurent led the Beavers at Pre's Trail Run in Eugene this past weekend, posting a time of 17:04.1. The junior finished in third place, putting 15 seconds in between her and fourth place. Earlier this season, Laurent was selected for the 2024 Women's Cross Country Preseason All-West Coast Conference Team.
The Beavers will travel east to Wisconsin on September 27th for the Nuttycombe Invitational.
