- The Bulldogs won last season's meeting in Corvallis, 36-27.

- Braden Atkinson has surpassed 300 yards passing for seven consecutive games, equaling Sean Mannion (2013) for the Oregon State record.
- Jesse Legree has also surpassed 100 yards receiving in seven consecutive games. He enters Saturday's game with 1,040 on the year, tying Sammie Stroughter for 10th at OSU. Legree's 108 yards against Washington State made him the first player at the FBS level to reach 1,000 yards this season.

- Shephard coached in the 2023 national title game while with the Huskies. Washington's passing game ranked second nationally at 343.7 yards per game while the Huskies scored 36.0 points per game. The unit featured one of the nation's top wide receiver corps with a pair of 1,000-yard seasons from first team All-American Rome Odunze, who recorded 92 receptions for 1,640 yards and 13 touchdowns, and Ja'Lynn Polk, who caught 69 passes for 1,159 yards and nine scores.

LIMITING SACKS AND TFLS
- Oregon State's offensive line is one of 25 teams on this season's Joe Moore Award watch list, and the numbers back it up. The Beavers have allowed nine sacks and 21 tackles for loss through seven games.
- The nine sacks are 1.29 per game, the third-fewest by an Oregon State team since 2001 (only 2021 and 2022 are lower, at 1.08). Both of those teams threw about 25 to 27 passes a game, though, and this year's team averages 41.3.
- The Beavers' 41.3 pass attempts per game are the fifth-most of any season since 2001 (behind 2013, 2004, 2011 and 2005).
- Measured per pass, this is the best protection in that stretch. Oregon State has allowed one sack every 32.1 pass attempts, compared with one every 25 in 2013, the next best, and one every 16.6 in 2025.
- Opponents have 21 tackles for loss against the Beavers (three per game), the fewest per game since 2001. Opponents have made a tackle for loss on 4.2 percent of Oregon State's plays this season, down from seven percent last year.
- Six of the nine sacks came in the first two games (four at Houston, two against Texas Tech). Over the last five games the Beavers have allowed three sacks (0.6 per game) and 13 tackles for loss (2.6 per game), and they allowed none against Montana or UTEP.

SULLIVAN NOTABLE
- Aiden Sullivan, a senior linebacker, leads the Beavers with 53 tackles (22 solo, 31 assisted), an average of 7.6 per game, and has started all seven games.
- He has 3.5 tackles for loss, two sacks, four pass breakups and four quarterback hurries.
- He led or shared the team lead in tackles in three of seven games: nine against Houston (tied with Takari Hickle), 10 against Texas Tech and nine at Colorado State. His season high is 11 against Washington State, where only Isaiah Houi (16) had more.
- He already has 74 percent of last season's total. Sullivan had 72 tackles in 12 games in 2025 (six per game), second on the team behind Skyler Thomas (78). He also had five tackles for loss, one sack and five pass breakups.
- His career high is 13 tackles against Houston on Sept. 26, 2025. For his career he has 133 tackles (8 in four games in 2024, 72 in 2025 and 53 this year), 10.5 tackles for loss, three sacks and 10 pass breakups.
ERIC OLSEN'S 2026 CAMPAIGN
- Eric Olsen has caught a pass in 22 consecutive games, a streak that began Nov. 2, 2024 at Utah Tech's game at Central Arkansas. It covers the last three games of 2024, all 12 games of 2025 and all seven this season.
- Olsen has 30 catches for 353 yards and three touchdowns in seven games for Oregon State. He is second on the team in receptions behind Jesse Legree's 46, second in receiving yards behind Legree's 1,040 and second in touchdowns behind Legree's 14.
- He caught five passes for 79 yards (long of 40) against UTEP, the third-best single-game tally in his career between Oregon State and Utah Tech. His best remains 107 yards on five catches for Utah Tech at Central Arkansas on Oct. 4, 2025, with 83 on six catches at West Georgia on Nov. 15, 2025 in between.
- He followed that with nine catches for 65 yards and two touchdowns in the win at Colorado State. The nine catches are a career high, and they tie Connor Hamlett (2013) and Joe Newton (2004) for the most by a Beaver tight end in a game since at least 2001. He was the first Beaver tight end with two touchdown catches in a game since Jack Velling had two against UCLA on Oct. 14, 2023.
- Olsen passed 1,000 career receiving yards with his 79-yard game against UTEP (1,013) and has 1,195 for his career. He reached exactly 100 career receptions with three catches against Washington State on Oct. 17. His career line is 100 catches for 1,195 yards and six touchdowns in 46 games.
- Oregon State's 30 catches by Olsen are tied for seventh-most by a Beaver tight end in a season since 2001, ahead of Velling's 29 in 2023. His 353 yards already pass Hamlett's 352 in 2013.
- No Beaver tight end has had a 100-yard game since Hamlett's 119 against Arizona State on Nov. 16, 2013.
