May 14, 2026 | Softball
LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Oregon State softball's Jaeya Butler has been named to the 2026 National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) Division I Third Team All-Region, it was announced Thursday.
Appearing in all 53 games for the Beavers this season, Butler rewrote the program's single season record book with 23 home runs, 61 RBI, 157 total bases and an .882 slugging percentage, all of which paced the WCC. She also finished among the top five single-season marks in program history in doubles (16 – tied for second), runs scored (49 – tied for third) and batting average (.393 – tied for fifth).
One of three Beavers to record double-digit home runs, Butler provided a steady presence at the plate for a historic Oregon State offense that set a program record with 62 home runs, the highest total in the conference, while out-homering three WCC opponents combined.
A three-time conference Player of the Week selection, Butler added to her list of accolades in 2026 by earning WCC Player of the Year honors and a First Team All-Conference nod.
2026 marks the second-consecutive year that the Beavers have placed an athlete on the All-Region team after Logan Hulon was a Third Team selection in 2025.
