- Earned All-America honors with a 31st place finish at the NCAA Championships, completing a trifecta with All-American honors in indoor, outdoor and cross country
- Earned All-West Region honors by placing eighth in the regional and leading the Beavs to fourth as a team
- Earned second-team All-Pac-12 honors by placing 9th at the Pac-12 Championships
- Placed 14th at both the Nuttycombe and Joe Piane invitationals while competing against loaded field

- Helped the Beavers to the best finishes in program history at the NCAA Championships (16th; 375 points) and Pac-12 Championships (4th; 100 points)
- Finished 22nd at the Pac-12 Championships in a time of 20:11.3
- Recorded a 220th finish at the NCAA Championships with a time of 22:40.5
- Placed 18th at the Oregon Cross Country Invite (17:35.3)
- Ran in one meet for the Beavers
- Collected a top-ten finish at the Portland State Invite, placing sixth with a time of 14:11.1
- Ran in three meets for Oregon State after missing the start of the season
- Best finish of 19th at the Bronco Invitational with a time of 20:50.4
- Competed for the Beavers at the NCAA Regionals, helped the team to its first NCAA Championship berth ever
- Four-time letterman in cross country and track, and a two-time letterman in field hockey at New Westminster Secondary School
- Was No. 1 in Canada in 2018 for the 3,000-meter steeplechase and 1,500-meter steeplechase
- Ranked No. 2 in British Columbia in 2018 for the 1,500 meters and 3,000 meters
- Honored as the Royal City Track and Field Athlete of the Year in 2017, New Westminster Secondary School Female Career Athlete in 2018, New Westminster Secondary School Female Grade Athlete of the Year in 2015, 2016 and 2017 Finished in 11th place at the IAAF World U20 Championships in 2018 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase
