Trimmed 14 seconds off her high school PR in the event … Finished 19th overall in the 1,500m at the Pac-12 Championships (May 11) with a time of 4:33.76 … Also ran the 5,000m on two occasions, putting up a PR of 16:57.67 at the Oregon Relays (April 19). Was OSU's top runner for entire season, leading team in all five meets she competed in ... Won Dellinger Invitational at Eugene, took second in White division at Indiana State Pre-National race ... Placed 34th at NCAA West Regional in school-record 20:24 for 6,000 meters ... Ran No. 8 time for 5,000m (17:11) at Notre Dame Invitational ... Earned first-team Pac-12 all-academic honors for the third time in her career.

2015: Redshirted.

2014: Named first-team Pac-12 all-academic for second year in a row ... Ran in three meets and was OSU's top finisher at the NCAA West Regional (56th, 21:27), the 15th-fastest time in school history.

2013: Named first-team Pac-12 all-academic … PR’d on a 6K course in her first appearance at the NCAA West Regional Championships, coming in 62nd with a time of 20:52 … That mark is the second-fastest 6K time in OSU history, trailing only Kinsey Gomez’s 20:31.4 from the Bronco Invite in Oct., 2013 … Finished 22nd at the NCAA Regional-Jamboree, running the 5,000-meter course in 17:26, the ninth-best time at that distance in school history.

SOUTH SALEM HIGH SCHOOL

Earned four varsity letters and four district titles in cross country to go along with four varsity letters and two district titles in track (2010-11) … In cross country, was a three-time Central Valley Conference (CVC) individual champion, a two-time All-Mid-Valley Athlete of the Year and three-time female cross country athlete of the year … In track, was a three-time champion in both the 1,500 and 3,000, a two-time CVC Female Athlete of the Year and co-captain of the distance team in 2012 … Personal bests in the cross country 5K include 18:25 at the Concordia Puma Classic and 18:53 at the CVC District Meet … Personal bests in track include 4:43 in the 1,500 at the OSAA 6A Championships and 10:11 in the 3,000 at the Centennial Invite.
