The Game
- Oregon State returns home to take on Utah Saturday at Reser Stadium. The team's annual Homecoming game is slated for a 5 p.m. PT start.

- Oregon State will sport its "Retro Benny" logo for the second consecutive homecoming game.
- The Beavers hold an 11-9-1 advantage in the all-time series vs. Utah.

Against The Utes
- Saturday's game between the Beavers and Utes is the first since 2016, when Utah came out on top, 19-14, at Reser Stadium.
- Utah is 4-1 this season after defeating Washington State, 38-13, on Sept. 28. The Utes had a bye while the Beavers played UCLA last weekend.
- The Beavers lead the all-time series, 11-9-1, dating back to 1931. Utah holds a slight advantage, 4-2, since the Utes joined the now Pac-12 in 2011. Two of those six games have gone to overtime, with Oregon State winning, 51-48, in 2013 in Salt Lake City, and Utah winning, 29-23, in Corvallis in 2014.
- Oregon State is 5-3-1 all-time in games played in Corvallis.Â
- Artavis Pierce ran nine times for 60 yards and a touchdown in the 2016 game. Shawn Wilson, Elu Aydon, Omar Hicks-Onu, Jalen Moore, Andre Bodden, Gus Lavaka and Blake Brandel are other current Beavers who played in that game.
- Bill Enyart's 299 rushing yards against the Utes in 1968 remains the program's single-game standard.Â

Luton's Big Day
- Jake Luton had a big performance against the Bruins and the awards have followed. He was named the Pac-12 Offensive Player of the Week Monday and the College Football Performance Awards National Player of the Week Sunday. He was also selected as one of eight Manning Award Stars of the Week and he was named to the Davey O'Brien's Award Great 8 list.
- Luton accounted for six touchdowns - including a 19-yard score on a rush - to tie Sean Mannion, Derek Anderson and Terry Baker for the most by an Oregon State player.
- Luton is now second nationally with 166 consecutive pass attempts without an interception, one behind Alabama's Tua Tagovailoa. He is also now 16 shy of tying Matt Moore, who had 182 straight in 2006.
Hodgins At 100+ Again, Again
- Isaiah Hodgins caught 10 passes for 123 yards and a career-best three touchdowns against the Bruins. It's the third time this season he has finished with 100 or more yards and the seventh time in his career. That ties him with Robb Thomas and James Rodgers for seventh-most at Oregon State.
- Hodgins has 632 receiving yards on the season, which ranks first in the Pac-12 and fifth nationally. The four players ahead of him have all played in one more game. - Hodgins ranks second nationally with 126.4 yards per game.Â
- Hodgins is at 133 career receptions and needs 16 to move into a tie for 10th all-time at Oregon State.Â
More On Luton
- Jake Luton has thrown a career-best 14 touchdowns this season and now has 28 for his career at Oregon State, which ranks  seventh in school history, one shy of Matt Moore.
- His 14 touchdown passes this season rank third in the Pac-12 and ninth nationally.
- Luton tied an Oregon State record with four touchdown passes in the first half in the win over Cal Poiy, equaling Scott Richardson (1979 vs. Washington State), Derek Anderson (2002 vs. UNLV), Lyle Moevao (2008 vs. Oregon) and Sean Mannion (2013 vs. Colorado).

- Daniel Rodriguez picked up his first career Pac-12 Special Teams Player of the Week on Monday. The redshirt senior punted three times, averaging 47.7 yards per and drop kicked an onside kick that led to OSU's third score of the game versus UCLA.
- He booted a 62-yard punt against the Bruins, tying a career-long.
- He is averaging 47.9 yards per punt this season and has four of 50 or more yards and five that have trapped teams inside their 20.
- His average ranks second in the Pac-12, just shy of Arizona State's Michael Turk (48.2).
- Rodriguez has now punted 69 times in his career and is averaging 43.1 yards per, which ranks second in OSU history.
Recapping UCLA
- Oregon State jumped out to a 21-point lead after the first quarter versus the Bruins, the first time the Beavers had done so in a conference game since 2008 versus Washington State.
- The 48 points versus UCLA marked Oregon State's most in a Pac-12 game since a 49-17 win over California in the seventh game of the 2013 season.
- The Beavers' 58 offensive plays, meanwhile, were the fewest since Oregon State ran 57 against California in the ninth game of the 2017 season.
Much Improved
- ESPN's SP+ rankings rated Oregon State as the nation's most improved team in 2019 through the month of September.
- According to ESPN's SP+ rating, the Beavers were up 15.9 adjusted points per game over 2018.
First Of Two
- Saturday's game against Utah marks the first of two straight matchups for the Beavers against teams with a bye the previous week. Utah last played on Sept. 28 in a 38-13 win over Washington State.
