Seattle, Wash. – Sophomore Mariah Mazon recorded seven strikeouts for the Beavers in the circle, but Oregon State fell to No. 7 Washington, 5-0, on Saturday night at the Husky Softball Stadium.

Mazon wrapped up her charge in the circle striking out three batters in the fourth inning.
The Huskies put up one run in the first. Two more were added in the third and again in the sixth.
Senior Lovie Lopez singled in the first inning and Izzy Owen walked in the third to put runners on but both were stranded.
Oregon State made one final charge to put some runs on the board in the top of the seventh inning led by sophomore Camryn Ybarra pinch hitting a single into right field. Karla Calderon came in as a pinch runner and was able to make it to third off a two-out single from Michelle Sass, but neither advanced any further.
OSU falls to 17-12 overall and 1-7 in Pacific-12 Conference action. Mazon drops to 9-7 this season.
