
Beavers Return Home to Face #4 Oklahoma State

CORVALLIS, Ore. – Following a dominant win in Fargo to open the road slate, the 25th-ranked Oregon State wrestling team returns home to the confines of Gill Coliseum to take on another ranked opponent in #4 Oklahoma State.
Oregon State is coming into the matchup with a 1-1 mark after a loss to second-ranked Iowa two weeks ago and the win over North Dakota State last time out and Oklahoma State will meet Utah Valley prior to Sunday's dual.
Sunday will mark the 24th time Oregon State has met Oklahoma State on the mat and just the fourth time – and in the third consecutive season - during the Chris Pendleton era.
The action is slated for 2 p.m. on Sunday and can be seen exclusively streaming on FloWrestling.

• No. 25 Oregon State will welcome fourth-ranked Oklahoma State to Corvallis this Sunday.
• It will be the second of six home duals this season but the last of the calendar year.
OSU vs. OSU
• These orange and black OSUs will meet for the 24th time on Sunday and the 10th time inside Gill Coliseum.
• Oregon State and Oklahoma State have near-annually met since the 2020-21 season, the exception being 21/22.
• In last season's meeting, six of the 10 bouts were closely contested. Four needed extra time and two were decided by two or fewer points.
• Coach Pendleton was a two-time NCAA champ and three-time All-American during his time as a student-athlete with the Cowboys from 2001-05.
Looking Back
• OSU took eight of the 10 bouts in a dominant 35-6 road win at North Dakota State last Friday.
• Three - Stiles, Munoz and Singleton - won by tech falls while Mower had a major decision and Fouret recorded a fall to help pace the Beavers over the Bison.
• Despite dropping the dual's first bout (149), Oregon State responded with wins in seven consecutive matchups to pull away with the win.
Big 12 Battles
• Oregon State will face four members of the Big 12 this season, including three before the calendar year ends and just defeated North Dakota State in the last time out.
• Oklahoma State (Nov. 17), Utah Valley (Dec. 20) and Wyoming (Jan. 19) are all ahead this season.
• Oregon State's next home duals will be against Big 12 competition, with Wyoming (Jan. 19) slated as the next guests to Gill Coliseum to open the 2025 home slate.
