BOISE, Idaho – Oregon State volleyball dominated the Boise State Broncos on Wednesday, winning in straight sets.

Taray Tela, AC Froehlich and Cheyenne Green led the attack with nine kills apiece, Tela hitting .667 and blocking four Boise State attacks while Froehlich added six digs; Alana Marrs finished with eight kills and four blocks on a .412 clip.

Taylor Treahy had five kills, six blocks and three digs, and Jackie Matias chipped in 35 assists to go with eight digs, one block and a team-high three service aces.

As a unit, the Beavers hit .289, totaling nine blocks and six service aces while holding five Boise State attackers below a .100 hitting percentage.

Dominance at the net fueled a 25-20 first-set victory as the Beavers finished with seven blocks. Though both teams had runs and were tied at 10 apiece, Oregon State rattled off five unanswered midway through the set, which was capped off by block assists from Marrs and Treahy that drew a Boise State timeout. Green had four of her kills in the first to help the Beavers take that one set advantage.

Matias took over as Oregon State maintained an early lead in set two, scoring three unanswered to build out an 11-7 advantage on an ace from the Beavers' senior setter. The hosts brought it back within a point, however, using a 3-0 run of their own to put the OSU advantage at 19-18, but Matias scored three straight points on a setter dump and two aces to help finish out a 25-20 victory.

Tela made her mark in the third, capping a 3-0 run with her third kill of the set to help the Beavers to an early 12-7 lead. Boise State fought back and brought the match within two at 18-16, but the Beavers finished the match on a 4-0 run that included two Treahy aces to win the set, 25-19, and leave Boise with a sweep.

With Wednesday's win, OSU moves to 13-9 this season and 8-3 in Pac-12 play with just five contests remaining. On the road for the next three, Beaver volleyball returns home for its final two regular-season home matches against San Diego State (Nov. 17, 6 p.m.) and Boise State (Nov. 19, 6 p.m.).
