Oregon State Notables
• The Beavers have won eight straight over Long Beach State.
• Sunday's probable starter, Trey Morris, is slated for his sixth start of the season.

• Sunday's game marks the last of 18 in the regular season against Big West Conference foes. The Beavers are 15-2 against the Big West this season, sweeping Hawai'i, UC Irvine and Cal Poly while taking 2-of-3 against Cal State Fullerton and CSUN before the series at Long Beach State.
• Long Beach State has yet to record a hit in the first three innings of the series. The Dirtbags have put just two runners on base over the first three.
• Zach Edwards inherited a bases-loaded jam Saturday, and got out of the frame with no damage. He has now inherited 18 runners, allowing just five to score.
• Ethan Porter extended his hit streak to eight games with a 1-for-4 effort Saturday.
